Product came in on time and feels great. Only time can tell how durable it is but my first impression it feels good. This equipment give me the freedom to do a few minutes of resistance training at the end of my day.
This compact band kit is everything I was looking for in a home workout option. The bands give you more exercises to do than the regular basic ones. Right off the bat I was able to get a great workout in. I highly recommend this product.
Honestly, I was not expecting it at all. I bought it and I thought this is going to be like the other bands that I have, but this one is actually awesome. It is very sturdy, and I love the added band for the lower body exercise. I definitely recommend it!
I’m in love with this set because the sky is the limit with what you can do with the pieces! The bands are high quality and so are the different handles.
Love this product and highly recommend!
Definitely great for those who want an extreme workout. I personally never use more than two bands. High quality. The handles are a little annoying as they sometimes rub against the back of your hand. Otherwise happy purchase!
I got this to help me complete specific physical therapy exercises, and it has been super easy to use and very sturdy!
I'm 5'7 and I feel that the straps are too long, so there is not much resistance. I have to wrap it around my shoes in order to get the tension I want. Easy assembly and comfortable
Wonderful 😊 I've had two kids an have been stuck with a pouch and had a hard time dropping weight I use this every other day an am seeing results 💜
Its great! I like it, its definitely what I'm looking for. Good quality!
Great to workout and very satisfied with my purchase!
Great product. Definitely an A+ the extra tools are nice but your're here for those main tool in the image, and its great. This bad boy will take the knots right out of your back, it's strong enough, and the gripped handle makes it easy to hold onto when in higher settings. Took me a second to figure out as there is no "trigger". The on/off switch is located on the bottom of the battery and you have to dial (+) on the digital screen to have it start.
So far using the massager has been great! It takes a little bit of time to get used to what each of the attachment heads are best at. They give a guide to help you, but some are better than others.
I havent had the chance to see how long the battery life last of it.
So far the only con was that the gun its self has some scratches on the product and the attachment heads had paint on the plastic. But those are only cosmetic.
I would recommend this, even if its just to get a massager gun for cheap price before you want to spend more. But once you buy it, you won't need a more expensive one
I have been wanting a massage gun for a while as I get niggling shoulder pain from computer work. I am really impressed with how great this feels and how many different attachments it comes with. Now that my shoulder tightness is relieved, I don't have to use it that often. It is very well packed for traveling - even with a double zipper to open it up. The battery should last a long time as I haven't needed to recharge it yet and I've had it for a month.
I absolutely love this massage gun, I ordered one back in April which was expensive and after a month of using it it broke, I was so disappointed! I decided to give another brand a try, so I went with this one and it’s wonderful as well as a better quality and much much quieter! I highly recommend this this gun, it’s an excellent buy!!!
Package arrived earlier than expected. The massager comes in zip case, with a smaller case for the numerous attachments. We used it right away specifically on shoulders and thighs.
The mat is comfortable and provides good support without stretching or sliding.
Although I've had it for a short time. It appears to be durable.
It's also an attractive color and design.
Surprisingly lightweight yet still thick enough for everyday yoga. I like the texture but wish I had purchased a darker color bc the matcha is very light and shows dirt makes easily. Otherwise very pleased with this yoga mat.
I like the mat and it’s durability and portability, but the thickness leaves a little bit to be desired. I find that I am struggling through certain routines because the mat is too thin and it’s causing undue pain on my hips and knees, depending on the specific exercise.
Having to follow some exercise classes on the internet while my health club is closed I realized it would be helpful to have a good quality exercise mat at home...so I checked on amazon and this model seemed a good choice..and it is...sturdy, comfortable, and easy to clean.
I’m a beginner and love this! I do notice I get a little sweaty it shows but is easy to clean up! Easy to roll up and carry around with the string attachment. I got mine in the green and black one!
I don't work out a whole helluva lot so I just needed something simple and sturdy to use. I work an office job so my right wrist is always a bit sore and on the brink of Carpel Tunnel. I had to do pushups and the like on my fists as opposed to my hands flat on the floor with my wrists bend. Needless to say that was getting painful in it's own right. These bars rid me of my wrist problem all together. For those who are just learning about/discovery or questioning whether or not these bars would be useful to you- if your wrists hurt with normal pushups I promise these will help greatly. Beyond easy to put together as well. I also use these for planks and interval training that requires me to go quickly from a standing to ground position.
Metal with rubber end caps for stability and good hand grips
Takes pressure off wrists and lets me do a lot more push ups at different degrees of separation than I would be able to do otherwise - and you dip lower so its also better range of muscle motion
I like the full range of motion I get. They are solid though I don’t know if the foam will last that long. The bottom is not rubber. It’s plastic. There is always a chance it will slip.
Otherwise, a great and important piece of equipment.
I've owned a few push up bars. None of them stand up to this set. Yes, they look great. But they are very dependable.
I've owned some in the past that would bend when pushing up. Some would bend just from a little bit of weight being applied. One of the worst I've had would slip/move during a set of push ups.
Not only do these NOT bend, they do NOT move! Safety is very important when exercising. These are very safe to use.
I've also found that different bars are different heights. I find that the height on these is just right.
I'd strongly recommend this set.
First time I buy anything like this, I come from regular push ups on the floor.. this gives me room for a better stretch in the pecs and overall better form when doing push ups... construction looks durable, I've used them for a couple of months, no signs of damage or age in any way.
If you're looking to improve your overall chest doing body weight exercises like push ups, this will help you a TON without spending much money.. (I would recommend doing some dips too, always leaning forward so you focus more on the pecs and less on tri's and delts)
